2 sets of suction couplers are included in every PRO. Suction Couplers are intended to be used primarily to attach to the rear windows inside passenger vehicles. They can also be used inside of truck toppers. The suction cups pivot inside the coupler housing to allow the cups to grip the side windows even if they are angled. Additional adjustment is possible with the ball & socket connection ensuring secure adhesion.

To Install:

Clean the glass and suction cups before installation. Use isopropyl alcohol or a quality glass cleaner. It is also helpful to install the suction couplers in temperatures above 70 degrees (this helps soften the cups up a bit and creates a stronger bond to the glass).

Connect the suction couplers to the support bar before installing in vehicle (do not tighten the thumbscrews). Work from one end first and press the cups firmly against the glass. Be sure that both cups are fully engaged against the glass. Extend the support bar until the opposite suction coupler presses against the opposite window. Be sure that both cups are fully engaged against the glass. With all suction cups fully engaged, extend the support bar as far out as possible (you do want to put some side pressure against the windows) and twist to lock. Tighten the red thumbscrews at the ball & socket connection.

2 Grab Bar Hooks / Garment Hook Hangers are included in every PRO. This combination can be used for either mounting option by simply reversing the position of the mount.

4 Oversize Garment Hangers are included in every PRO. The stainless steel hangers fasten to the Ball & Socket Connections with the included screws. The Hangers will fit vehicles equipped with large wire-type garment hangers which will not accommodate our Garment Hook/Grab Bar Hanger. The Hangers will also work very well from any type of hook and are great for custom mounting.

To Install:

Fasten the Hangers to the Ball & Socket Connections with the included philips screws.

4 Topper Brackets are included in every PRO. The brackets are designed to hook over the top of the inside frame of the windows.

To Install:

Back out, but do not remove the tek screws holding the window frame to the topper. Press the lip of the bracket over the window frame and re-tighten the screws.

You can remove the support bars and leave the brackets in place when not using the RodLoft PRO. Simply back the red thumbscrews out and remove the support bar from the bracket socket. Tighten thumbscrews again.

4 Molding Brackets are included in every PRO. The stainless steel brackets fasten to the Ball & Socket Connections with the included screws. The brackets are designed to slip between the plastic moldings around windows and door pillars and the ceiling. Molding Brackets allow a great deal of flexibility in where you place your support bars. Depending on the interior layout of your vehicle, you may use them in front and back.

Molding Brackets can also be used for custom installations. They can be “hard-mounted” to surfaces with screws.

To Install:

Fasten the Molding Brackets to the Ball & Socket Connections with the included philips screws. Place the brackets anywhere along the length of your vehicle where the moldings meet the ceiling. Some slight bending of the bracket may be necessary for a custom fit.
