Fly Rod 6wt, 9ft, 6pc Lefty Kreh Professional Series Fly Rod by Temple Fork Outfitters
Temple Fork Outfitters 6 piece Travel Fly Rods pack small. At Less than 23 inches you can throw it in your luggage and be ready to Fly Fish when you arrive.
Okuma's large arbor design gives faster line retrieval for a single action reel. traditionally known as a specialty reel, large arbor reels have been fished by the specialists. With the introduction of the integrity, Okuma opens up to the world of large arbor fishing. The Integrity series features a uniquely patented, oversized stainless steel-based disc drag. This amazing drag has little to no initial resistance, with incredible high-end drag pressure. The drag is controlled by an oversized roller bearing, allowing for drag free retrievals.
ALC : AlumiLite construction incorporates Okuma's new aluminum body. Aluminum frames are very rigid and can withstand tremendous amounts of pressure and torque. These frames also provide for precise tolerances between moving parts for ultimate smoothness and durability.
Drag Free Retrieval : The Drag Free Retrieval system allows anglers to crank freely with no resistance by utilizing our corrosion resistant stainless steel roller bearing. This is a one-way roller bearing so the spool is only engaged in one direction. As soon as you spin the handle backwards you have instant drag engagement. By reversing this bearing in the spool, you can quickly change the handle retrieve direction.
Rulidium : This proprietary drag material offers a wide range in drag adjustment with precise high and low settings. These super smooth Rulidium washers reduce heat and friction for maximum performance.

Retrieve Information
If you cast with your right hand and retrieve with your left hand then you want Left Hand Retrieve.
If you cast with your left hand and retrieve with your right hand then you want Right Hand Retrieve.
Note: Some prefer to use the same hand for casting and retrieving by setting the hook before switching the rod to the opposite hand. This is perfectly acceptable. The important thing is that you retrieve with the hand with which you are most comfortable (fastest retrieve).
Backing Material Information
We will put 20# test Dacron backing material by 3M-Scientific Anglers on to your reel.
Be sure to select your retrieve (see above).
Standard Backing is built with advanced 3M technology that allows 3M to create small diameter backing without losing the inherent strength of the backing material.
Features:
Exceptionally thin material for more reel capacity
Low coefficient of friction minimizes wear on guides
High abrasion resistance
Colorfast
Extremely high visibility

RIO Grand® Fly Line - for Fast Action Fly Rods
The RIO Grand® is an all-around line with distinctive state-of-the-art technology to benefit the trout fly fisher.
The line and tip float extremely high due to AgentX Technology in the line and Super Floatation Tip, RIO’s proprietary manufacturing processes which gives the RIO Grand maximum floatation.
The weight forward taper is one half size heavier to load the faster modern fly rod, yet it gives a smooth light delivery of even the smallest dry fly and the rear taper is long enough for roll casting.
The product of RIO’s SlickShooter™ Process, the RIO Grand fly line incorporates a supple coldwater, super slick, self-lubricating, dirt-resistant coating on a nylon multifilament core.
RIO has included a welded loop on the front end of the fly line to facilitate changing leaders.
Tests have found excellent turnover and presentation with this loop.
When landing fish, it slides through the rod guides more easily than the customary nail knot. Traditionalists can cut this loop off and not compromise the taper.
This is the perfect line for wet or dry fly fishing.
Short, bullet-shaped forward taper
Medium length back taper
Hard self-lubricating coating on a nylon multifilament core impoves turnover performance
Won't wilt or sag in warm water fishing conditions
AgentX two coat manufacturing process provides a superbly durable and long casting fly line.
Super Floatation Technology resulting in a super low density high-floating fly line.
Available in a 6wt (WF-6-F) or 7wt (WF-7-F) for this rod & reel combination.

RIO NYMPH Fly Line - High Floating - Indicator Tip - NEW
Use the RIO Nymph line for nymph fishing under all fishing conditions, whether indicator, high stick or dead
drift nymphing and terrestrials. Rated number one by Western professional guides for deep nymphing using
strike indicators and long drag free drifts. The taper design, with both a long back taper and body for easy roll
casting, mending and fly control, enhances casting weighted nymphs, indicators and big air-resistant flies.
RIO’s new high floatation technology creates a super high floating tip that stays up under normal conditions.
This high visibility tip is a built-in strike indicator which can be cut off without affecting the casting
performance. The Nymph line has welded loops on both ends for easy rigging and fast leader
changes.
This line can be used with many fly fishing techniques, such as:
Drifting nymphs and egg patterns with indicators when fishing for steelhead and
salmon; casting terrestrials and other big bugs, hoppers, stoneflies or streamers; upstream
nymphing with bead heads and other weighted flies, as well as high stick nymphing
New Zealand’s South Island, where the angler has to cast into the strong downstream
NW Canterbury winds of 30 mph (50 kph) and still get a good turnover
NZ’s Tongariro nymph technique, where the angler overhead or roll
casts long distances with indicators and flies
Czech nymphing where the highly visible tip makes the slightest
"stop" of the line very noticeable to the angler
AgentX two coat manufacturing process provides a superbly durable and long casting fly line.
Super Floatation Technology resulting in a super low density high-floating fly line.
Available in a 6wt (WF-6-F) for this rod & reel combination.

Casting heavy or wind-resistant flies has always been a challenge, even for good casters. RIO collaborated with Bob Clouser, famed fly tier, guide, instructor and conservationist, best known for inventing the Clouser Minnow, one of the most versatile flies for both fresh and saltwater. The Clouser™ line, with a unique reverse compound taper and a bullet front taper, smoothly transfers energy to prevent the characteristic "kick" with heavily weighted flies. This taper effortlessly turns over heavy flies into the wind for both short and long casts. Whether casting Clouser Minnows for stripers or smallmouth bass, poppers, leaded leeches or heavy nymphs and indicators, the Clouser line is a perfect choice for all anglers.
Available in a 6wt (WF-6-F) or 7wt (WF-7-F) for this rod & reel combination.

RIO Bonefish Fly Line
The demands of bonefishing require a balance of long and short casts with precise presentation. RIO’s Bonefish fly line does just that, starting with a medium-length front taper to improve turnover without sacrificing presentation, and a slightly longer back taper to smooth out the casting loop. The tropical AgentX coating combined with a Powerflex single-strand monofilament core results in longer casts and a line that will not wilt in most extreme tropical conditions. With AgentX, the line floats higher than competitors’ lines, is easier to pick up off the water, and unlike competing products the running line will not sink and tangle while wading. Includes a welded loop at both ends for easy rigging.
Available in a 6wt (WF-6-F) or 7wt (WF-7-F) for this rod & reel combination.

RIO Saltwater Tropical F/I Fly Line
The Saltwater Tropical F/I line is built on a medium stiff Powerflex core that is extremeley easy to anneal (stretch).
The line features a floating tropical coating with a 9.5 ft clear intermediate tip for deeper flats.
The Clouser taper is perfect for casting into a fifteen-knot breeze.
Sounds unbelievable, but this line will turn over a 12 ft - 15 ft leader in a strong wind.
A 9 ft leader attached to the clear AquaLux tip gives you an effective 18 foot leader, which is stealthy enough for any wary fish.
Your guide can still follow the fly at this length, while a totally clear line is really tough to track.
Florida bonefish are normally found in deeper waters of two to four feet. With the 9.5 ft clear sinking AquaLux® intermediate tip, you will get your fly down to the bonefish.
Available in a 7wt Floating/Intermediate Sink (WF-7-F/I) for this rod & reel combination.

Jim Teeny T Series 24ft Sink Tip Fly Line
Jim Teeny's original plan was to develop a one piece fly line with a sinking deep water express shooting head mated with a floating running line that would be easy to cast and very strong. That it would be perfectly balanced and color coded so one could easily see when they could roll cast or pick the line up off the water at the optimum time for the easiest and best results. Because he lives on the west coast, the lines were originally designed for fly fishing for salmon and steelhead on our west coast rivers and streams.
Shortly after their introduction, it was apparent that many other fly anglers had their own ideas about other uses for the lines. In the salt for stripers, blue fish, halibut, bill fish, Tarpon and many others, all fell prey to the T - Series lines. Realistically, what the T - Series & Saltwater Series fly lines have done is open up new fisheries both fresh and saltwater. There is hardly a fish that we cannot go after and quite possibly land with a certain amount of luck.

The New TS-T Flats Taper line has a 10 foot Clear Tip (slow sinking) along with 14 feet of regular intermediate sinking line. Total tip length is 24' of slow sinking head and 76 feet Floating. This line comes one piece from the factory for greater strength and smoothness when casting.
The big advantage this line will have is on fish that are swimming deeper and it's important that your fly be presented at the proper level. After experimenting with the clear tip or clear lines it's been proven time and time again that an all clear or long clear tip is a definite disadvantage for the angler and also for the guide. They are to hard to see and follow for accurate casts and presentation. Teeny designed a similar line back in the early 80's for Tarpon fishing at Homosassa Springs in Florida. Many seasons passed by as he longed for a line such as this for his arsenal.

RIO Density Compensated (DC) 24 Ft Tapered Sinking Tip Fly Line
The best sinking tip fly line in the world whether you are streamer fishing for trout or using marabous for steelhead and salmon. The DC 24 ft sink tip line has been the line of choice for steelhead anglers for many years.
No more level sinking tips - although the tip has a smaller diameter than the thicker sinking belly, the tip will sink first, presenting the fly at the same level as the fish for more strikes.
The short, thick body section behind the sinking tip keeps the heavy density tip from hinging and is much easier to cast than competitors’ lines. The balanced length of thick floating body ensures a no hinge effect during the casting stroke.
The durable running line ensures that these lines will outlast those of any competitor.

RIO AuquaLux Fly Line Powerflex® Core
A must-have line for the serious lake angler. Castability has always been a problem with clear intermediate sinking lines because there are no lubricants in the coating and the lines drag through the guides. RIO has solved the problem by incorporating proprietary lubricants into the running line coating that make the line slick. The running line is translucent green while the head is completely clear. With an intermediate sinking rate of 1.5 – 2.0 inches per second (3.7 cm/s), the line is perfect for fishing subsurface and shallow shore lines. Ideal when stealth is required for wary, selective fish. Made on a low memory supple monofilament core with a coldwater coating and welded loop on the front end.

RIO Striped Bass Fly Line Powerflex® Core
This line offers a 40 ft water clear AquaLux® head and a super slick, supple running line on a supple coldwater single strand monofilament core for smooth casting and minimal coiling.
A short front bullet taper and medium length back taper (based on RIO's Clouser line taper) propels large flies to stripers, bluefish and seatrout.
Includes welded loop on the front end.
The perfect saltwater intermediate line in cooler conditions.
Available in a 7wt Intermediate Sink (WF-7-I) for this rod & reel combination.
RIO Density Compensated (DC) Type 6 Full Sinking Fly Line Powerflex® Core
The DC series of sinking lines have a denser tip than the body, ensuring the line sinks straight, not in the curve of regular sinking lines. This results in better bite detection and more hook ups. These lines are made on a supple core for memory free performance and have a super smooth, tungsten impregnated coating that makes distance casting easy. An essential range of lines for the serious lake angler.
Available in a 7wt (WF-7-S6) 6 to 7 Inches-per-Second Full Sink for this rod & reel combination.

Density Compensation
Sink tips and full sinking lines that have a front taper will normally sink in a curve. The thinner tip of the line has the least amount of plastisol and, therefore, the least amount of sinking compound. All of RIO’s premier sinking lines and sinking tips feature Density Compensation. Rio adds a denser material to the front section of these lines to compensate for the thinner diameter. This results in the line sinking in a straight line, helping you to detect subtle strikes and providing faster hook ups. Yet another fish-getting improvement from the RIO laboratory.

RIO Deep 7™ Type 7 Full Sinking Fly Line
This full sinking fly line was developed for the expert competition reservoir "buzzer" or chironomid anglers in the United Kingdom who need to get their flies down deep and fast. The Deep 7, built on an ultra thin single-strand monofilament core, is one of the fastest and most durable sinking lines in the world. It gets flies down deep and generates high line speed. North American anglers find it useful fishing in waters such as the Kamloops area of British Columbia or the desert lakes of the U.S. The Deep 7 is created for a 7 weight fly rod, but can be used on 5 – 8 weight.
A 7wt (WF-7-S7) 7 to 9 Inches-per-Second Full Sink for this rod & reel combination.
