My last “Tarpon Trip” was a disaster...I couldn’t see the fish...I forgot to pack my Mangrove Fishing Cap and the glare was sneaking in from all sides...
The oversized bill (with dark green underside) and flip-down back blocks the glare...So you see more Fish.
It also covers the tops of your ears...usually the first place to show Sun Damage.
