"I designed the No. 1 Docker for my personal use within days of getting my new iPad. It worked so well, I wanted to make it available to all iPad users.
The iPad slips into the top of the Docker, and the leather fold-back screen protector makes it easily accessible for use while "docked." Cutouts in the leather frame provide access to ports and controls.
One of the first things I did when I got my iPad was drop it on my concrete driveway. Although I wouldn't recommend a test run like that, mine was in the Docker and received no dents or damage. The Docker makes the iPad easier to use, keeps it from sliding off your lap and allows you to slip it into your bag or briefcase for easy, protected transport.
