William Joseph is a small company located at the base of Utah's Wasatch Mountains. They started as a group of people experienced in building mountaineering backpacks. Ironically, they realize that they were using their packs to carry fly-fishing gear more often than climbing gear. UNCONDITIONAL LIFETIME WARRANTY ON PACKS

William Joseph doesn't care if you have a receipt or not, if you got it as a gift, or if you bought it at a garage sale. It doesn't matter if you backed over it with your truck, as long as it's repairable, they will fix it for free, forever, no matter who's at fault - no questions asked.

Simply clean your pack (but DO NOT EVER put it in your washing machine) and call William Joseph at 1-800-269-1875 (Monday-Friday,8-5,MST) to obtain a return authorization number.

If you send your pack back without a return authorization number, they cannot be responsible for it being lost in their warehouse. They also HIGHLY recommend that you use tracking when shipping your package. They have had many packages lost, due to poor delivery methods or lack of identification. DON'T let your pack be next! You are responsible for shipping charges to and from us for the repair.
